The main task of the new decree of the mayor of the capital Sergei Sobyanin is to reduce the number of social contacts of citizens.
As SecurityLab wrote earlier, the Moscow authorities intend to oblige employers to provide the numbers of mobile phones, cars and transport cards of Troika employees who have switched to a remote mode of work. Dmitry Ivanov, Deputy Head of the Moscow City Information Technology Department, explained that the information collected will be used only to assess passenger traffic in the capital, and will also be anonymized. “The collection of this information is not intended to track the movement or specific location of the employee. The information is needed to assess changes in overall passenger traffic and the effectiveness of measures that employers are taking to transfer employees to remote work, ”Ivanov explained during a meeting with business representatives.
According to Ivanov, the main task of the new decree of the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin is to reduce the number of social contacts of citizens in order to combat the spread of coronavirus infection.
Starting from October 12, employers in Moscow are obliged to report every week on the employees transferred to "remote work". As specified in the document, for failure to comply with the requirements may face administrative liability in the form of a fine.
Employers will be able to provide the necessary information using the Service Providing Information on Establishing the Number of Employees on the mos.ru portal. To submit data, you must download and fill out a special form, indicate the name of the organization, its TIN, legal address and other information. In order to use the service, you need to log in to mos.ru using the organization's account, go to the catalog of services for business, select the Business Organization tab, and then Business Assistance.
