It's actually easy if you follow very carefully these steps.

1. Download OPERA browser;
2. Buy a private VPN (VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK);
3. Now, connect to the VPN at any country you want. Remember: The credit card number must be the same country as the VPN you're connected, otherwise it won't work;
4. After you carefully fulfilled these steps, open Opera Browser, and go to E-Bay. in;
5. Create an E-Bay account, with fake e-mail, fake shipping address (you'll change address just before you're about to purchase the item);
6. Now, choose the product you want to purchase;
7. Add the credit card numbers;
8. Change the address to your actual address;
9. Billing address should be the same as credit card's address;
10. AND ENJOY YOUR PRODUCT, AND WAIT FOR IT TO BE SHIPPED.
