Hong Kong law enforcement officers have arrested three suspects in Bitcoin ATM fraud, according to the South China Morning Post .
The police began to investigate the crime after the appeal of two cryptocurrency exchanges. They suspected that the attackers took advantage of a vulnerability in bitcoin ATMs that allowed them to withdraw cash without authorization.

The suspects illegally received 230 thousand Hong Kong dollars (about $ 30 thousand) through ATMs. They completed 11 transactions.
The police noted that the attackers are associated with a large criminal syndicate.
