At the same time, 38 companies suffered from Russian-speaking hackers who gained access to a VPN through which they could get to the main systems of the companies.







Among these companies are Hitachi Chemical Company, Ltd, Sumitomo Forestry, Zensho Co., Ltd. , Onkyo, pharmaceutical company Zenyaku Kogyo Co., Ltd., from the energy industry IWATANI CORPORATION, equipment manufacturer DAIHEN Corporation.

Earlier, the Head of the Ministry of Cybersecurity of Japan, Yoshitaka Sakurada, during a debate in the lower house of parliament, admitted that he did not know how to use a personal computer.
