First of all, let's clarify the things you'll need.
1.) Just a live CC with the needed balance; (Doesn't matter if it's VBV or Non-VBV, if it has the balance, it will hit for sure)
2.) A place to ship; (It can be your home, because the method is bill=ship)
Let's begin...
Check your IP (should be non-blacklisted) at check2ip.com and make sure that the IP is non-blacklisted and clean.
Clear everything, the cookies, the history and the cache then restart the browser.
