non vbv, works mainly on eu cards (didn't worked on any us, but you can try, not sure about the bin.)
Very easy, payment its non vbv so enjoy, and if you fail 2 times (for free cards users) just refresh the payment page and go on again, better if you refresh it every time you fail.
