For VISA cards, please call +1 (800) 847-2911
1. Press 1 then 1 then they will ask u to enter card number then they will transfer you to bank
2. Call the number above
3. Enter your card number and you will be redirected to your Bank
4. Then enter the card number again. The Bank will ask for SSN4, if you do not know it then rely on your luck.
If you have SSN4, the Bank will tell you the card balance. The system is fully automatic.
For MASTER cards, please call +1 (800) 307-7309
